A fourth-generation attorney in the county, Bob is intrinsically tied to the area and passionate about its success.

Bob’s representation in real estate transactions has included purchases and sales ranging from major industrial facilities and commercial properties to individual homes and country estates, as well as commercial and residential mortgage lending.

He also maintains an active estate planning practice, representing individuals and families throughout the Mid-Hudson region as they seek intergenerational transfers of property and assets.

From the very beginning of his legal career, Bob focused on the public good with dedication and discretion. His first job was as a staff attorney for Radisson, a “new town” project developed by the New York State Urban Development Corporation near Syracuse, N.Y. He then served as confidential law secretary to the Honorable Henry W. Lengyel in Watertown, N.Y.

Bob lives in Stanfordville and is active in his local community.
