Brooke represents employees, as well as private and public-sector employers, before state and federal agencies, including the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  These matters involve employment harassment and discrimination, labor violations, and various other federal and state claims. In addition, she frequently provides counsel services on a range of employment related topics. 

Brooke holds client training sessions and continuing legal education seminars on various topics including: employment discrimination and harassment prevention, institutional sexual abuse, discrimination and harassment investigations, electronic discovery and dispositive motions. Brooke also handles a variety of other types of commercial and civil disputes including franchise, foreclosure, and business litigation.  Brooke focuses her practice on litigation, contributing to the firm’s aggressive, ethical and cost-effective legal counsel for new and existing clients.

Brooke is a graduate of the University of Miami where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication degree in Public Relations and Creative Writing, as well as magna cum laude graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. 

Brooke is active in her community. She was Vassar College’s mock trial coach from 2016 to 2019.  She was recently appointed as a member of the Resource Development Committee for the Dutchess County SPCA and of the Dutchess County Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Committee. In addition, she has served as a member of the Board for the Mid-Hudson Civic Center and the Saratoga Hospital Foundation’s Gala Committee.

Brooke was selected as a Super Lawyers Labor & Employment Rising Star 2022.
